Project Green Dorm is a website focused on promoting environmental awareness among college-aged teens. Through their website and activities, Project Green Dorm is encouraging teens to “green up” their lifestyle, living space, and even school supplies. At their site, you can browse through a bunch of helpful tips on how to shop responsibly for clothing, school supplies, hygiene products, sports equipment, gadgets and more.
The sports equipment section, of course, is where we came in. You’ll see not only our Fair Trade soccer balls on their site, but also helpful tips about staying active, healthy, and environmentally responsible. More and more it is looking like this new generation will be the one to finally fully embrace eco-consciousness, but it’s organizations like this and others that need to continue driving home the point, to make sure that we stay on the right path.
