Overall this was a good summary of what we are trying to accomplish, but for two caveats:
1. I was totally caught off guard when asked “Are you married?” during the Q&A part of my talk. I think I answered her well, but my wife was less than thrilled when she heard about the proposition.
It reminded me of a question I got at a high tech tradeshow years ago in my MSFT days: “Are you booth talent or just eye candy?” she asked. I answered “Both.” with a straight face and then finished doing my software demo. My boss at the time heard my reply and started howling with laughter. I think I got a bonus that year just for pulling that stunt.
2. Before watching this video replay, I had no idea my right eyebrow did the freaky jump-up thing every few seconds. No one ever told me! I’m having a hard time watching this without laughing. I’m absolutely positive the rest of the FTS team *is* laughing. I bet they are keeping a count of how many times my eyebrow jumps. Ugh.
